Prague’s City Assembly has made a key step to facilitate the construction of a new quarter, confirming the direction set by the nearly completed zoning study for the Holešovice – Bubny – Zátory area.
The average rent in the capital city decreased by 2.6% over the past six months. Rents currently stand at approximately 300 CZK/sq. m.
58 new apartments will be available to Prague citizens thanks to housing construction subsidies and the quality of housing will improve in multiple city districts due to support for refurbishments of residential buildings.
