Lease of business premises - land Čapadlo The aim of the project is to provide an interesting and attractive operation in the premises of the Hollar taproom and on the Hollar embankment on Smetana embankment and to contribute to the quality of life and to the strengthening of the values of an important public space in Prague. The announced plan emphasises the specific context of the operation on Smetana embankment with regard to the surrounding events and residents, which is further defined in the assignment of the dramaturgical plan. Its fulfilment is an important part of the content of the bids. The lease period is set for a fixed period from 2 March 2026 to 31 March 2029.
