Prague City Hall’s Property Management Department is implementing a project called “Transformation of former hostel in Bulovka Street into social housing”. The project is being implemented with support from EU’s structural and investment funds within the Operational Programme Prague – Growth Pole of the Czech Republic, application reg. No. CZ.07.3.56/0.0/0.0/20_076/0002301. The project aims to increase the availability of social housing in the area, with the newly created apartments being designed to serve a wide range of applicants, from individuals to large families. The project will include refurbishment of two above-ground floors of the building at Bulovka 501/3, which previously served as a hostel. The project will create 12 multifunctional social apartments with floor area ranging from 21 to 47.3 m2. The transformation of the building is mainly internal (except for repairs to existing windows and doors). Timing: Project launch 1 June 2021 Project completion 30 November 2023
