In September 2019, Prague City Councilors have approved an updated plan for Wenceslas Square transformation. The new plan foresees a tram track in the upper pat of the square and a pedestrian promenade in the middle. It also includes wider pavements, a new line of trees, a separate biking lane, and fewer parking places.
