The Prague 14 Municipal District is offering for rent a non-residential space with a total area of 87.30 m2 with a separate entrance, located on the 1st above-ground floor at the address Bryksova č. p. 740, Prague 14 - Černý Most, 198 00. The new tenant will be selected in the form of a tender according to the criteria specified in the attached intention. The non-residential space was previously used as a grocery store. The space consists of a main commercial/warehouse area, a warehouse, a corridor and a toilet. The preferred use is for civic amenities (retail space, shop, office, etc.). Possible building modifications are possible with the consent of the Prague 14 municipality at the expense of the future tenant. The lease agreement can be concluded for an indefinite or fixed term. The non-residential space is vacant and ready for use. Building modifications are possible with the landlord's consent and at the future tenant's own expense. Tours are possible by agreement.
