The Prague City Hall announces its intention to lease/rent a non-residential space on the ground floor (parterre) of the Baťa House, with an area of approximately 171 m², located at Moskevská 374/27, Prague 10, for the purpose of establishing a multifunctional space for the general public, specifically for the following uses: a space for workshops and lectures, a library with a community focus, a screening room or cultural hall, a gallery or exhibition space, a movement studio (yoga, dance, exercise for seniors), a community space or clubhouse, a shared workshop, a space for associations and initiatives, or a children’s play area. We require opening hours on weekdays and weekends and the provision of catering services appropriate to the nature of the operation, in the form of a preliminary lease agreement or a preliminary loan agreement. Currently, an elevator shaft extension to the courtyard facade and construction modifications related to the change of use are underway at the apartment building located at Moskevská 27, Vršovice, Prague 10, house no. 374. The final actual design may result in deviations in the measurements of the non-residential space.
