The Prague 3 municipal district is offering a non-residential space with an area of 84.24 m², approved as a shop-office, for long-term lease. This rugged space is located on the 1st underground floor of the building at the entrance to the building Olšanská Poliklinika. When selecting a tenant, the municipal district will prefer to use the space in a way that will support and appropriately complement the services expected in the clinic environment (e.g. sale of medical supplies, refreshments in the form of a bistro for doctors and visitors to the facility, etc.). According to the annual bill for 2024, energy and utility costs amounted to approximately CZK 11 800 per month (the non-residential space was used as a bistro-shop). There is no gas in the non-residential space.
