Joint lease of all 14 business premises (No. BO 1/643, No. BO 2/638, No. BO 3/633, No. BO 4/630, No....  BO 5/649, No. BO 6/647, No. BO 7/645, No. BO 8/681, No. BO 9/684, No. BO 10/687, No. BO 11/689, No. BO 12/662, No. BO 13/676 and No. BO 14/674 ) and public toilets in the Bořislavka metro station as a whole with a total indicative area of 607.36 m2 (shops) and 81.10 m2 (public toilets). The applicant for the lease must take part in a tender procedure, the conditions and procedure for applying for which are set out on the DPP's website - see 'other link' or: https://www.dpp.cz/spolecnost/sluzby/pronajem-prostor-slouzicich-k-podnikani The applicant must therefore demonstrate that he/she has such experience by specifying and proving in a credible manner that he/she currently operates at least 5 business premises.
