The deadline for receipt of tenders is 13 February 2025 at 15:00. The Lessee is obliged, during the term of the contract, to have, at its own expense, insurance of all items located in the subject of the lease, insurance of liability for damage caused to third parties as a result of activities carried out by the Lessee in the subject of the lease with a limit of insurance performance of at least 5 million. CZK and business risk insurance in case of business interruption. The rent including services shall be paid from the beginning of the contract.
The minimum rent is 1.600,- CZK/m2/year, i.e. 6.674,- CZK/month + utilities (approx. 2.000,- CZK) + electricity (consumption transferred to the tenant), the security deposit is payable within 14 days of signing the contract.
