The Prague City Hall announces its intention to lease, through a competitive bidding process, commercial space on the first floor (1NP) with an area of 319.86 m², on the ground floor (1PP) with an area of 313.93 m², and a garage with an area of 105.8 m², which are part of the building at Semická 4, Semická 4, located on parcel no. 4635/44 and the associated parcel no. 4635/150, which includes a metal warehouse with an area of 22.2 m² and a shed with an area of 12.5 m², all in the cadastral area of Modřany, municipality of Prague. The deadline for submitting bids is July 20, 2026, by the end of the reception office’s visiting hours.
