A tour of the leased space used for business purposes is mandatory, and a participation report must be included in the bid. The deadline for submitting bids is March 13, 2026, at 12:00 noon.

The subject of use will be provided on the basis of the results of this selection procedure to the applicant who meets the conditions of this selection procedure and offers the highest rent in CZK/month excluding VAT for the space used for business (excluding services related to the use of the subject of use).
