The Prague 3 Municipal District is offering, by way of a tender, the lease of non-residential space No. 103 – business premises, located on the first floor of the building at Hollarovo náměstí 1/2258. The space has a total area of 40.09 m2, comprising one room and sanitary facilities. The ground floor has a separate entrance from Soběslavská Street. The minimum rent is CZK 3,200/m²/year, i.e. CZK 10,690/month + services (approx. CZK 3,000) + electricity (consumption transferred to the tenant), security deposit in the amount of two rents CZK 21,380 payable within 5 days of signing the contract, or before handing over the premises for use, including a guarantor's statement. Rent including services is payable from the effective date of the contract. The deadline for receiving bids is October 31, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
