The City of Prague is offering for rent in the form of a tender procedure non-residential premises on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor of the listed building Štupartská 592/14, Prague 1 in the historical centre of the city with a total area of 143.90 m2. This building is intended for total reconstruction and possible re-colonisation, which will be provided by the tenant at its own expense and in accordance with the instructions of the building authority and the conservation authorities. The lease of an internal courtyard with a total area of 345 m2 is also connected to this building. The courtyard is bordered by a wall with the buildings Štupartská 590/16 and Celetná 590/25, which will be undergoing construction works from approximately spring 2025, so scaffolding will be temporarily installed in the leased courtyard and construction works and the associated movement of people will take place there, which the new tenant must take into account.
