Non-residential space with a total area of 104.14 m2 with a separate entrance is located on the 1st floor (ground floor) at Bobkova No. 738 and 739. The space is structured and consists of an entrance room and 3 other rooms (photo studios / offices) including 2 toilets. The preferred use is for amenities (commercial space, shop, office, etc.). Possible building modifications are possible with the consent of the Prague 14 municipality at the expense of the future tenant. The lease agreement will be concluded for an indefinite period with 6 months notice. The non-residential space will be vacant from February 2025. Tours are possible upon agreement.
