The new tenant will be selected by means of a tender procedure according to the criteria specified in the attached intention. The deadline for submission of bids ends on 5 February 2025 at 12.00 (see attachment).

Non-residential space with a total area of 87.50 m2 with a separate entrance is located on the 1st floor (ground floor) at the address Bryksova č. p. 740, Prague 14 - Černý Most, 198 00. The non-residential space was previously used as a grocery store. The space consists of a main commercial/warehouse area, a warehouse, a corridor and a toilet. Preferred use is for civic amenities (retail space, shop, office, etc.). Possible building modifications are possible with the consent of the Prague 14 municipality at the expense of the future tenant. The lease agreement can be concluded for an indefinite or fixed term. The non-residential space will be vacant from February 2025.
