Construction of a new P+R parking house Černý Most III has officially commenced in July with a cornerstone ceremony. The new building is to replace the existing Černý Most I car park, tripling the capacity to 880 cars. A total of 94 places will be designated for CNG/LPG cars, 22 places for people with disabilities, and 8 for e-cars. The parking house will also offer additional 38 bicycle stands in a separate lockable room. The construction of the parking house is expected to cost approximately CZK 500 million and is planned to be completed next year.

A new large-capacity P+R parking house for 880 cars and other means of transport is to be erected in Černý Most district in Prague 14 by the end of next year. The parking house will replace a P+R parking lot at Chlumecká Street, just a five-minute walk from the terminal station of underground line B and within a walking distance from local shopping centers.

The original Černý Most I parking lot had a capacity of 294 cars; the Černý Most II P+R car park will remain as is. The new parking house is expected to open in early 2022. Out of the 880 places, 22 will be reserved for people with disabilities, 8 for e-cars, 94 for CNG/LPG cars, and 38 bicycle stands will be available in a lockable room. There will also be two charging stations for e-cars.
