On 20th January 2025, the Prague City Council approved Resolution No. 104, which allows the contract between Stodůlky JIH a.s. and the City of Prague to be closed. This agreement concerns the change of the builder and the license to use the project documentation. The sewerage collector T is an important part of the Prague sewerage network, which ensures the disposal of sewage from the Třebonice area and adjacent development areas.

Stodůlky JIH a.s. originally prepared the project documentation and obtained a zoning decision and building permit for the construction of the sewerage collector. These rights are now being transferred to the town, which is becoming the new builder. The transfer will take place for a symbolic fee of CZK 1,000 excluding VAT, while the documentation includes all necessary documents and the administrative decision.

The project aims to expand the existing infrastructure and thus support the development of this part of the city. The project involves the construction of several sections of gravity and pressure sewage sewerage system, including a pumping station and associated paved areas. It also includes the modification of the existing electricity distribution network, including the installation of new cable routes and junction boxes.

This step will allow the City to implement the project more efficiently and in line with other planned developments in the area. The sewerage collector will be a permanent structure ensuring the outflow of sewage water from Třebonice and the surrounding development areas into the Prague sewerage network. Coordination with other project phases will optimise the technical design and reduce future operating costs.

The conclusion of the contract is a key step in securing the financing and legal framework for the completion of the project. The deadline for signing the contract is set for the 14th of March 2025.
