The Council of the Capital City. Prague City Council approved a new work contract for the renovation of public lighting owned by the City of Prague with the company Technologie hl. The contract is for a definite term until 31 December 2024.

Specific activities that THMP will continue include the renewal of luminaires, poles, cables, switching points, ceremonial lighting, gas lighting technology, and the renewal of public and tower clocks. The sub-prices for each area of renewal are indicative, with a maximum fixed financial envelope of CZK 278,300,000, including VAT. The specific amount of financial performance will always be determined following the selection of a subcontractor. In addition to the fixed financial framework, an optional financial framework for the implementation of the renovation and modernisation projects by the contractor in 2024 is set at CZK 33 715 000, including VAT.
