Two new apartment buildings with a total of 28 flats will be built in Černý Most. Prague City Councillors approved the selection of a contractor for the public contract Construction No. 45708 Černý Most II - buildings O and P. The estimated value of the public contract is CZK 99.804 million excluding VAT, the work will be carried out by Trigema Building a.s. The construction will take 18 months.

The proposed apartment buildings named O and P are identical in size, with 4 floors above ground and 1 floor with underground garages. A total of 28 flats are planned, of which 2 are special purpose flats for the disabled. Specifically, there are 14 2+kk flats ranging in size from 45.20 m2 to 60.22 m2 and 14 3+kk flats ranging in size from 69.68 m2 to 71.03 m2.

The construction includes the implementation of access roads including parking spaces for visitors and the necessary technical infrastructure. In the basement there will be garages accessible by entrances directly from the ground. Flat roofs are designed as green, planted with vegetation.
