At its today’s session, the Prague City Council Council agreed to continue implementing an investment project called Building Refurbishment in Šolínova Street. The project is managed by Eliška Purkyňová Retirement Home, a non-profit organization established by the City of Prague. The City Council has also been presented with a status report of the project. The aim of the renovation, modernization, and completion of a three-building compound in Šolínova Street in Prague 6 is to create facilities for the provision of field, outpatient, and residential services for senior citizens, including the construction of housing for 90 clients.

The compound, which is located in Šolínova Street in Prague 6 between Evropská and Zikova Streets, was handed over to Eliška Purkyňová Retirement Home organization in 2020.

The Prague City Council set the expected costs of the project at CZK 610,400,000 by its decision from November 2021.
