On Monday, the Prague City Council discussed a proposal to update the price map of building plots in Prague for 2022 and asked Councilor Jan Chabr to submit the update at the Council’s session on December 16, 2021.
Prague updates its land price map in the form of a generally binding decree every year. The aim is to refine the valuation of building land and to provide an overview of the land market and its current trends. A total of 3,956 land groupings were newly valuated using data on land sales that took place in 2020 and 2021.
The price map consists of a chart section containing 132 map sheets in the 1:5000 scale, a map sheet layout diagram, and a text section. The current price map is available at praha.eu in the Maps section.
