10/25/2021

Prague City Council approved an agreement between the City of Prague and Central Group a.s. on collaboration on a redesign of the intersection of Průmyslová, Poděbradská, and Kbelská roads. Prague agrees to complete a redesign of the intersection without further delay through its Technical Road Management Company.

Both the City of Prague and Central Group are interested in improving accessibility of this part of Prague by modernizing the intersection and increasing its throughput with respect to future urban development of this area, including a planned residential construction project.

The City of Prague has pledged to redesign the intersection through its Technical Road Management Company in keeping with the existing project documentation. The project will be implemented without delay, with both parties to the agreement being expected to provide necessary assistance to each other. Prague also understands and agrees that simultaneously with the road intersection redesign, Central Group will lay an underground DN 300 water pipeline in the location.

Central Group agrees to pay a total of 18 million crowns in three installments as its fair share of the cost incurred by Prague in association with the project.
