Prague City Council approved another stage of investment preparations of the first projects by the Prague Development Company (PDS). These include six minor residential buildings, one experimental project, and a kindergarten project which is essential for further expansion of a residential area. Once completed, the projects will offer a total of approximately 300 apartments, with a smaller part of the premises allocated for services and offices. The exact number of apartments is to be announced after the completion of the project documentation. More projects are in the pipeline.

PDS is preparing residential projects in Prague 5, Prague 10 and elsewhere. For these two projects, the company is planning to call a design competition. The projects will follow the recently approved Municipal Housing Construction Standards.
