Prague will allocate more funds from the Accessible Housing Fund for new refurbishment projects. The money will go towards refurbishment of 21 flats in Prague 3 and 32 flats in Prague 10. Another subsidy will be allocated for Prague-Zbraslav district, which has been planning to build a new block of flats with 13 units. The plan is yet to be discussed by the City Assembly.

Prague 3 will receive nearly 11 million crowns from the city to refurbish 21 flats which will then be available to the city for ten years.  Prague 10 will receive 23 million crowns to refurbish 32 flats. These too will be available to the city to choose the tenants for ten years.

In total, the subsidies will make it possible to refurbish 53 flats and build 13 new ones.
