Prague City Council discussed a proposed public tender for the construction of two residential buildings in Černý Most district. Upon completion, the project will offer 28 flats, including two for disabled or disadvantaged tenants. The proposal is yet to be approved by the City Assembly in April.
Prague is planning to build new municipal housing. A proposed public tender with an expected value of 95 million CZK without VAT envisages the construction of two residential buildings at Černý Most. The four storeyed houses will have underground parking. They will offer 28 flats each, with two specially designed for disabled or disadvantaged people. The project will accommodate approximately 84 tenants in total. The construction project includes an access road including parking places for visitors, and the necessary technical infrastructure.
