At its today’s session, the Prague City Council approved the winner of a tender for the supplier of project documentation for the first stage of a revival of the Vítkov Hill park. The winner is VZ Vítkov with a bidding price of 3,940,000 CZK without VAT.
The city called the tender to select a designer that would produce project documentation for a construction permit, documentation for the actual construction, and provide supervision thereof, including engineering activities once the construction permit has been granted. The project documentation in question will be based on a 2016 revitalization study for the entire Vítkov Hill and should focus on the first stage of the project – repairs of a stretch of the main road across the park.
