The capital city opens a new contact point for housing support in Prague 9

As part of the expansion of the network of contact points for housing, the Prague City Hall in cooperation with the Prague 9 municipality is opening a new office designed to provide information and support in the area of housing. This initiative is part of the Housing and Housing Support Households and Housing Contact Points project, which is funded by the European Social Fund and aims to provide comprehensive services to people in housing

The new contact point will offer a wide range of services, from information about housing opportunities in Prague 9, to support and advice for people in housing need or at risk of losing their housing, to mediation assistance in dealing with complaints and suggestions from existing tenants in social housing. Prague 9 thus joins the central office in the Prague City Hall in Jungmannova Street and the already participating districts of Prague 1, Prague 3, Prague 5 and Prague 14. In the coming days, the capital plans to open another contact point in Prague 8, which will expand the network of support available to the citizens of the capital in the area of housing even further.
