The Prague City Council has approved the order of bids from those interested in operating the Vozovna restaurant and the signing of a lease agreement with the highest bidder. KOOL FOOD SERVICE offered CZK 3,432,158 per year for the lease. The existing operator did not use the option to match the offer.
The only criterion for the tender for a new operator was the price offered for the annual rent. The commission presented the five highest bids to the city council, and a total of 13 bidders applied. KOOL FOOD SERVICE is willing to pay more than double the next bids in order for the annual lease.

The City of Prague is expected to sign a lease agreement with the new operator by the end of March. The contract includes a condition for free toilets for park visitors, which must be operational by the start of the season in April. The contract is for a fixed term for the next five years with the possibility of extension for another five years.
