The City of Prague has familiarised itself in detail with the conditions of the tender procedure of Česká pošta, s.p. for the sale of real estate in the Jindřišská and Moravská areas in Prague. However, the results of the investigation show that the building in Jindřišská Street cannot satisfy the needs of the City Hall at the moment. Prague. This is mainly due to the lack of space for the office while maintaining the Czech Post office in the building, but also due to the unsatisfactory layout or the fact that not all the requirements for building security are met.
The Capital City highly appreciates the cooperation and approach of the Czech Post, s.p., which led to the successful acquisition of real estate in the Na Strži locality into the ownership of Prague last year and believes that it will continue to the satisfaction of both parties, however, in view of the above, the Capital City cannot continue negotiations on the acquisition of the building in Jindřišská Street into its ownership.
