The Council of the Capital City of Prague The aim of the project is to build a covered parking lot for up to 290 cars in the housing estate near the newly opened tram line. The city will pay a total of CZK 264,848,880 excluding VAT for the construction work.

The creation of the parking house in Dědina is being prepared by the capital city to compensate for the loss of parking spaces in Vlastina Street, which disappeared after the construction of the tram line from Divoká Šárka to Dědina. This solution was adopted in the framework of participation with the residents of Prague 6.
The subject of the current public contract is to carry out complex construction works according to the project documentation. It was created on the basis of the winning design that resulted from an architectural competition for the design of not only the parking facility itself in the Dědina housing estate, but also for the design of the related parterre and park landscaping in the surrounding area.
