On Monday, 13 November, representatives of the capital city officially announced the results of the two-phase architectural and urban design competition for the design of the new administrative and technical building of the Health Ambulance Service of the capital city of Prague. Prague. In the presence of the winning team of architects from the Bratislava studio PLURAL, all the competition proposals were officially presented to the public at the Centre for Architecture and Urban Planning (CAMP).


On the basis of the jury's decision, the Council of the Capital City of Prague then presented the competition. Prague confirmed the winner, which was the Bratislava studio PLURAL. The second place went to the design by the architects Martinez Morero Recabarren Estudio S.L from Barcelona and the third place went to Atelier bod architekti from Prague.
The winning design for the new headquarters of the Health Emergency Service of the Capital City of Prague was awarded to the architect. The winning design of the Prague Emergency Medical Services, as well as all the other architectural designs that took part in the open international architecture and urban planning competition, have now been presented to the public for the first time at the Centre for Architecture and Urban Planning (CAMP). Prague announced the competition for the design of the new headquarters of the Prague Ambulance Service in Prosek at the end of September 2022.


The new headquarters of the Prague Ambulance Service should be ready in 2030. Currently, the ambulance service is based in Korunní Street in a building shared with the City Police of Prague. Prague. The dispatching centre, where staff receive emergency calls and deal with crisis situations, as well as the Education and Training Centre for paramedics, administrative facilities and facilities for servicing and maintaining ambulances should be moved to the new building on the land next to the Prosek Polyclinic.
