The Prague City Council approved the provision of a targeted investment subsidy of CZK 3,000,000 for the Běchovice District to finance project documentation for the construction of a new pavilion on the premises of a local social services facility. The city district’s project will expand much needed social services capacities in Prague in the coming years.
In May this year, the Prague-Běchovice district asked the city to provide a targeted investment subsidy to finance project documentation for the construction of the third pavilion within the premises of the social services facility Sociální Služby Běchovice, z.ú. The main reasons for altering the original project were to incorporate new requirements and expand the range of social services according to technical standards for residential care services projects under the National Recovery Plan and to achieve the required energy standard for buildings with near-zero power consumption (new standard according to PENNB 2022).
The Prague City Council approved the provision of a special-purpose investment subsidy of CZK 3,000,000 for this purpose, but the plan is yet to be approved by the Prague City Assembly.
