At its session on Thursday, the Prague City Assembly approved a public contract for technical project supervision, project management, and project cost management, or budgeting, for the planned construction of the Smíchov Terminal. After the completion of the entire project, a modern railway, underground, tram, and bus station and a high-capacity P+R car park will be located in one place.

The approved public contract is for comprehensive services including technical supervision of the construction, project management, and project cost management (budgeting), based on the project documentation for the construction of the new Smíchov Transport Terminal.

The estimated value of the public contract is CZK 192.1 million excluding VAT, while the estimated investment costs of the construction itself amount to CZK 7.124 billion excluding VAT. Once the construction works are completed, the terminal will be transferred to the end users, which will be Prague’s Technical Road Administration, the Prague Transport Authority, and the Railway Administration. The public contract will be signed for 5 years.
