Prague City Hall has evaluated the performance of the Prague Technology Company (THMP) as a supplier of electricity and gas in the first half of 2023. The company successfully procured electricity and gas for the city at considerably more favorable terms not only for the first half of the year, but also for the second, where it has announced even greater savings. In total, the city may save more than 100 million crowns for this year. Based on the favorable development of the energy cost savings, the Mayor of Prague, Bohuslav Svoboda, together with the THMP management, will present the Prague Council with an electricity and gas procurement strategy the following years.
