The Prague City Council has given a go-ahead to Prague 20 city district to apply for a state subsidy for the construction of a multigenerational building with small-size apartments

The house in Horní Počernice has already been erected and is undergoing the occupancy certification procedure. The city district applied for a retroactive consent with the application for state aid from the Rental Housing program administered by the State Investment Support Fund. Prague has already invested CZK 14.3 million in the efficiency measures, with the city district of Prague 3 contributing CZK 13.1 million. A subsidy in the amount of CZK 5 million is considered as so-called de minimis aid under state aid control rules.
