Nominations are open until March 31, 2023, for administrative buildings, houses, public spaces, parks, improvements of water streams and countryside project for the 5th annual Adapterra Awards nationwide competition, which is held by the Partnership Foundation in partnership with Integra Consulting. The competition seeks climate-aware future-oriented projects that have already been implemented - those that take more frequent periods of drought, rising temperatures, heat waves, and more frequent torrential rainfall into consideration. Applications can be submitted online at adapterraawards.cz to compete in various categories – Open Landscape, Built-Up Area, Our Home, and Workspace. In addition, the organizers together with the capital city will grant special awards to projects located on Prague’s territory.

The national round of the Adapterra Awards competition includes 5 main categories: Open Landscape, Built-Up Areas, Our Home, Workspace, and the Public Favorite. An expert jury will select the finalists and winning projects in the first four categories. The winners will receive a financial reward or a material prize from the competition’s partners.

The Public Favorite winner will be selected by the public from August 1 to October 15, 2023, through online voting on the competition website. The organizers will announce the winning projects on November 1, 2023, at a dedicated conference in Prague.
