From Friday, January 27, 2023, Prague will start distributing a newsletter to help Prague citizens. This way, more than 700,000 households will receive information on how to apply for assistance in dealing with the energy crisis, higher spending due to inflation, who to contact, what types of support are available, and other important information. Production and distribution costs for the City Hall are approximately one crown without VAT per copy.

In order to increase the awareness of Prague citizens about available social benefits and assistance from the capital city to alleviate the effects of high inflation and energy prices, the Prague City Hall has produced an advisory newsletter.

The newsletter will be issued in 750,000 copies. Those Prague citizens who fail to receive a copy in their mail box, can pick one in the info center in the Škoda Palace or in the New Town Hall.
