Prague City Council yesterday took a step forward towards the construction of a home for the elderly in Dolní Počernice by selecting a contractor to prepare the project documentation. The home should accommodate 96 clients.

The councilors approved the selection of a contractor whose task will be to prepare project documentation for a zoning decision, the building permit, and project documentation so that the city can commission the construction and project supervision. The price of the public contract will not exceed CZK 5.54 million.
