Prague City Hall’s Property Management Department announced a public tender to select a partner for its Affordable Cooperative Housing project, based on Council City resolution of June 16, 2022. The City of Prague is seeking a partner to enter into a cooperation agreement with, establish a housing cooperative, and have the partner arrange for the construction of residential buildings for the housing cooperative.
Once completed, the housing compound in Radlická Street with total floor area of 20 thousand square meters will comprise no fewer than two apartment blocks with separate entrances. The construction is expected to be completed within 3 to 4 years.
Approximately 260 new cooperative apartments are to be built as part of the pilot project in Radlická Street in Prague 5.
