The Prague City Council today approved the results of international urban planning competition Florenc21, which the capital city called last spring together with investors ČSAD Praha Holding and Masaryk Station Development and with support of the Institute of Planning and Development (IPR). Corresponding amendments to the Zoning Plan are now to be discussed and a memorandum between Prague and the two investors is to be signed. The actual transformation of the area could begin in 5 years or so.
