The city of Prague has prepared a rich, attractive program for the 2022 season on the popular Vltava River embankments. Although the previous two seasons were significantly affected by anti-epidemic restrictions, the revitalized embankments have become one of the city’s natural community centers. At the same time, however, the city continues calming down and refining the entire area.
The embankments will continue with a strategy to scale down commercial projects significantly and focus on the overall aesthetic experience and presentation of individual projects.
Last but not least, as part of the ongoing revitalization, both the Dvořák Embankment and Rašín Embankment will receive new utility infrastructure. Sanitary facilities on Rašín Embankment are to be modernized, and additional street furniture is to be installed on Dvořák Embankment.
