parcel no. 1794/1 with an area of 2,206 m², other area, green space; parcel no. 1794/2 with an area of 329 m², built-up area and courtyard with building no. 1402, No. 2, Nad Malým mýtem Street, parcel No. 1794/8, with an area of 1,165 m², other area, green space, and parcel No. 1794/3, with an area of 309 m², built-up area and courtyard with building No. 1856, No. 2c, Nad Malým mýtem Street, all located within a historically protected area in the cadastral district of Braník.
Purpose of the building right:
Reconstruction or construction and operation of a building or buildings for the provision of health and rehabilitation services, and a dispatch station for the Rapid Medical and Health Assistance Service of the Prague Emergency Medical Service.
Minimum bid for the annual construction fee for the building right:
2,100,000 CZK per year, excluding VAT.
