On behalf of the City of Prague, we are offering for long-term lease (through a competitive bidding process) a non-residential space intended for business use with a total area of 15.50 m2. The space is located at Jungmannova 18 on the ground floor of a historic, listed building situated at the corner of Jungmannova and Palackého streets. The storefront and entrance to the store are on Palackého Street. The entrance area of the store features a spacious storefront window that allows merchandise to be displayed facing the street. The space is zoned as commercial space and is not suitable for any type of food service operation. The price does not include monthly fees of 1,500 CZK plus the tenant’s own electricity consumption. The location offers excellent public transportation access, ensuring a steady and diverse flow of customers throughout the day.
