The Prague 4 Municipal District has decided to announce its intention to lease this vacant space for use as non-residential space in accordance with the zoning plan, for a minimum rent of 100 Kč/m²/month excluding VAT, and subject to the following conditions: • the future tenant will arrange for a change in the intended use at their own expense, • repairs will be carried out exclusively at the tenant’s expense, no later than 12 months from the conclusion of the preliminary lease agreement and the agreement on construction modifications, without any entitlement to reimbursement of funds reasonably expended on repairs, even upon termination of the lease, • with a guaranteed lease term corresponding to the costs incurred for the change in intended use and for repairs, • with the landlord’s right to terminate the lease only for valid reasons The applicant is required to specify the proposed rent in the application—the monthly rent for the non-residential space, excluding VAT (CZK/m²/month).
