Representatives of the capital city together with a delegation from Ostrava and the Moravian-Silesian Region are going to present their cities and the region at the Expo Real fair in Munich. The joint exhibition is called Czech Cities & Regions. The prestigious real estate and investment fair will take place from 7 to 9 October. The 26th edition of the fair will also be attended by major investors, developers, banks, cities and regions, brokers, lawyers and other experts working in the real estate market. Potential business partners from abroad and those interested in investing will thus have the opportunity to obtain comprehensive information about the investment environment in the Czech Republic and Prague.

The City of Prague is going to present two main topics at the fair. The first is the Old Town Market Hall, where the metropolis will be looking for an operator through a competitive dialogue. The second topic is a catalogue of ten land and building development projects that the capital is preparing together with its municipal company Trade centre Praha. Last but not least, Prague will present the project of the Vltava Philharmonic concert house as a new cultural and architectural landmark of the capital city. The presentation will be led by architect Shane Dalke from the BIG studio, which won the architectural competition.

The prestige of the fair is also reflected in the fact that the Czech stand will be attended by high-ranking political representatives (mayors and their deputies, the Governor of the Moravian-Silesian Region and the Consul General of the Czech Republic in Munich, Ivana Červenková) and representatives of the CzechInvest agency.

The general partner of the exhibition is OAMP, the owner of the Multimodal Logistics Centre in Ostrava's strategic industrial zone in Mošnov.

Other partners are Sekyra Group, CzechInvest, SIRS (State Investment and Development Company), CTP, Finep, Linkcity, Panattoni, Asental and PRK Partners.
