The lease includes the café and barn space, which also includes use of the front garden. In the case of larger social events, it will also be possible to use the grassy area next to the barn or the halls inside the Old Sewage Treatment Plant.

"During the tender procedure, the primary criteria to be evaluated will be the amount of rent offered, the operational and dramaturgical plan with which the landlord intends to use the premises, and the applicant's previous experience with a similar type of business," says Adam Zábranský, Prague's councillor for property, transparency and legislation.

The lease will also include a turnover rent, which is determined as a 7% portion of the monthly turnover of the establishment.

The café space was established in the Old Sewage Treatment Plant in 2014. It is accessible from the street as well as directly from the building, where visitors regularly come for tours of the facility, which take place throughout the week. The unique space also offers the opportunity to host a variety of social and cultural events along with private hire for parties, weddings and other similar events, in addition to the usual operations.
