The leisure area Triangl Park in Hloubětín will be extended with a pumptrack track for bicycles and scooters. The Council of the Capital City of Prague will be opening a new trampoline park in the city. On Tuesday, the Prague City Council approved the lease of land adjacent to the sports complex to Triangl Hloubětín for the purpose of building an asphalt undulating track.

"I am glad that a public pumptrack will be built with private funds. This will expand the leisure activities of the Prague residents living in the area," says Adam Zábranský, the councillor for property, transparency and legislation.

The developer built the existing complex with a playground on its own land in 2022, revitalising a neglected area adjacent to the industrial site of the Hloubětín concrete plant in the vicinity of a residential development. As a condition of the free loan of the adjacent 98 square metre plot of land for an indefinite period, the pumptrack, including its facilities, will be used by the general public.

The planned expansion of the site also includes the lease of a 649 sqm plot of land managed by the municipal company Technical Administration of Communications, with which the operator is negotiating separately.
